Less than an hour and problem fixed
After having no water overnight and in the mronign. We rang up and within 10minutes Dave showed up and 30 minutes after problem was fixed. Thank you so much for your help especially on a Sunday afternoon.
Shower problem sorted!
Dave came within an hour of me calling after shower tap would not turn off. Friendly, polite, efficient and competent. As an older customer it’s important i feel comfortable and don’t feel I’m being ripped off or let down. Capped off water to allow stopcock to be turned on again then when I had parts came back promptly. Would recommend Dave!
Sewage backed up!! Blockage cleared
Found myself with 6ft of backed up sewage under a manhole cover in my garden, with it beginning to overflow onto the lawn. Called these guys and Dave showed up within ten minutes on a Saturday night. Dealt with the issue professionally and cleanly. With children in the house we desperately needed this dealing with so promptly. Really thankful for the service, would highly recommend if you ever find yourself in my position.

Dave came out to an emergency leak on a Sunday and managed to check over that everything had been rectified correctly. All within an hour since the initial call. Spot on!
